Winter: November 1 - April 30: $110.00

• Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Rates based on double occupancy, $15 extra per person.

• Payment: Deposit is one night's stay, payable by personal check. Balance may be paid with personal or travelers' check or cash.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.

Directions

• From Burlington, VT: From the intersection of I-89 Exit 13 and Route 7, drive south on Route 7 for approximately 5 miles to traffic lights, with Mobil station on right. Turn left onto Falls Road through Shelburne Village. Road loops right and parallels Route 7, becoming Mt. Philo Road at first stop sign. Continue approximately 7-1/2 miles (past Mt. Philo State Park on left and past a Y-intersection with Spear Street) to private road on left -- Highland Way at the "Kirriemuir" sign (3rd driveway on left after the "Welcome to Ferrisburgh" sign). Follow driveway 2/3 mile to very end, past 2 houses on the right to pale yellow clapboard house at top of steep incline.

• From Middlebury, VT: Drive 17 miles north on Route 7 from center town Middlebury, passing by New Haven Junction, Vergennes, and Ferrisburg. Continue about 3-1/4 milles past Ferrisburg to crossroads at North Ferrisburg Post Office, opposite the Quick Stop Mobil station. Turn right on Old Hollow Road and take first left (about 1/4 mile) onto Philo Road. Then take the first driveway on right (Highland Way at the "Kirriemuir" sign). Follow driveway 2/3 mile to very end, past 2 houses on the right to pale yellow clapboard house at top of steep incline.
