Kirriemuir Heights is a traditional Vermont country home situated in a peaceful, rural setting, surrounded by hayfields, woods and lovely mountain views. Watching the sun set over the Adirondacks can be quite spectacular and if you're an early riser you'll be able to see the sun come up over the Green Mountains to the east.

The grounds around the house are attractively landscaped with fragrant shrubs and bushes as well as a delightful mix of perennial and kitchen gardens.

A stone patio overlooks the pool and at the end of the garden there is a croquet patch and secluded hammock.

Over 100 acres of private land provide woodland trails for hiking and cross-country skiing and give birders the opportunity of spotting pileated woodpeckers, wild turkeys and a variety of hawks and grouse among the more common native species.

Kirriemuir is just south of Mt. Philo State Park and close to Lake Champlain making this a perfect place from which to explore more challenging hiking trails and fun activities such as kayaking and boating on the lake.
